Tracy is Senior Director, Executive Office at Ocean Conservancy, where she knits together her background in marine science, planning and budgeting to help all our teams develop their annual work plans and budgets to accomplish ocean conservation. She fell in love with the ocean at a young age exploring the beaches, barrier islands and bays of the Mid-Atlantic coast which inspired her to pursue a Masters in Environmental Management from Duke University.
